
This issue, which has become increasingly relevant with the spread of new technologies, is fundamental to improving personal well-being and promoting sustainable business management. For this reason, the young people of ‘’L’asSociata’’ have drafted a legislative proposal regarding the right of employees to disconnect outside of working hours. OMTRA agrees that the right to disconnect protects employees from being reachable outside of their working hours, helping to ensure a healthy work-life balance. This allows employees time for themselves, their families, and their passions, thereby reducing stress. During the discussion, it was also concluded that when free time is recognized and respected, employees are naturally more productive and the workplace is perceived as healthier.
