Event: Top Female Managers in Italy: Challenges and Opportunities

In the stunning setting of the Sala Affreschi at Palazzo Isimbardi, we attended the event “Top Female Managers in Italy: Challenges and Opportunities”, organized by the Italo-Swedish Chamber of Commerce Assosvezia.

A discussion filled with insights and testimonials on the role of women in management and the challenges that still need to be addressed to achieve true gender equality.

Among the speakers, our CEO Giovanna Giulia Spadoni shared her experience as the first female manager of an Italian family business, representing those who experience leadership every day as an opportunity for growth and change.

The discussion covered gender equality as a strategic value, the biases that begin as early as during one's studies, when STEM subjects are still perceived as “more masculine”, and how diversity is a resource capable of enriching companies and driving innovation.
